Earnesta L. Taylor
After 20 years in private practice, Earnesta comes to the firm with a wealth of litigation and transactional experience in labor, unemployment, and workers compensation matters as well as corporate, health care and real estate. Earnesta represented commercial clients on complex corporate issues including sales and acquisitions, and healthcare professionals and entities in corporate and regulatory matters and investigations. Since her return to her home in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Earnesta served as Assistant Attorney General with the Department of Justice in the St. Thomas Office of Collective Bargaining, and counselled clients in litigation and transactional matters. Earnesta is part of our litigation team, focusing on employment and corporate commercial matters. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Earnesta is a member of the State of Texas Bar Association, the Virgin Islands Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
